DB Acquires DB Insurance Shares Worth 52.5 Billion KRW... Shareholding Ratio at 0.85%

DB has acquired shares of DB Insurance, a subsidiary, worth 52.5 billion KRW.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on April 29, DB announced that it had decided to acquire 600,000 shares of DB Insurance for 52.5 billion KRW on this day. This amount is equivalent to 13.32% of its equity capital.

After the acquisition, DB's shareholding ratio will be 0.85%. The scheduled acquisition date is October 30, 2025. DB stated that the purpose of the share acquisition is "to secure investment returns and to strengthen business cooperation."
