"City O Ciel Complex 7" will be built in Block 4 of the Yonghyeon-Hakik 1 Block Urban Development Zone in Incheon, with three basement levels and up to 47 above-ground floors across nine buildings, totaling 1,453 units. The number of units by exclusive area is as follows: 152 units of 59m², 73 units of 75m², 599 units of 84m²A, 280 units of 84m²B, 142 units of 84m²C, 64 units of 102m²A, 94 units of 102m²B, 47 units of 110m², and 2 units of 137m²P (penthouse), offering a wide range of sizes from small to large.
The subscription schedule is as follows: first-priority applications on Tuesday, April 29, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, April 30. The winners will be announced on Monday, May 12, and the official contract period will be held over five days from Friday, May 23 to Tuesday, May 27. Residents of Incheon and the greater metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the required deposit criteria by area and region are eligible for first-priority application. Both current homeowners and household members may apply.
The complex boasts excellent transportation access, being within walking distance of the planned Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. Once the station opens, it will provide direct access to the Gangnam area, as well as Suwon and Bundang, without transfers. Additionally, Songdo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, located one stop from the planned Hakik Station, is set to become a major transportation hub with the opening of the Incheon-bound KTX and the Wolgot-Pangyo Line (Wolpan Line), which will significantly improve connectivity.
The living environment is also well-developed. The complex will feature a Megabox cinema and the large-scale commercial facility Star O Ciel. Various lifestyle and cultural amenities, including the planned Incheon Museum Park and additional commercial spaces, are also scheduled to be established. In particular, a street-type commercial area will be created along the pedestrian path between Complex 6 and Complex 7.
Furthermore, the planned site for Yonghyeon-Hakik Elementary School No. 2 (tentative name, confirmed) is located directly in front of the complex, and several school sites are planned within a 1km radius. Notably, the cultural-specialized street (Link O Ciel), which will connect Complex 7 with the planned Hakik Station and Museum Park, will be developed as a themed walking trail, offering residents a unique leisure experience.
The complex will also feature a variety of landscaping and convenience facilities, including a tea house, children's playground, toddler playground, pocket rest areas, resident fitness facilities, a camping site, pet garden, sunken plaza, daycare center, and senior citizens' center. The community center will be equipped with a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, men's and women's saunas, men's and women's reading rooms, men's and women's private reading rooms, an open library, care center, cultural lecture rooms, and multipurpose rooms, among other amenities.
The pricing is also competitive. For the main 84m² units, prices start at 579.9 million won. This is approximately 80 million won less than the starting price of 663 million won for the nearby "Raemian Songdo Station Centripole 1,2 Block" (84m²) offered in Yeonsu-gu in December last year, and more than 200 million won lower than the starting price of 809 million won for "Harrington Square Sanggok Station" (84m²) recently supplied in Bupyeong-gu.
The model home is located in the Aam-daero area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and move-in is scheduled for November 2028.
