Objections Accepted Until May 29
Hapcheon County in South Gyeongsang Province will finalize and publicly announce the prices of 19,523 individual houses within its jurisdiction, assessed as of January 1, 2025, on April 30, 2025. The county will accept objections from homeowners and interested parties until May 29, 2025.
The prices for these individual houses were finalized through a process that began with a housing characteristics survey in November 2024, followed by price assessment, verification by the Korea Real Estate Board, a price review and feedback period, and final deliberation by the Hapcheon County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The 2025 individual house prices in Hapcheon County have increased by 1.06% compared to the previous year.
Individual homeowners and interested parties can view the finalized prices and submit objections via the 'Real Estate Price Notification Service' website, the Finance Division at Hapcheon County Office, or their respective town and township offices. During the same period, it is also possible to view and submit objections regarding the prices of multi-unit housing announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The finalized and disclosed individual house prices will be used as the basis for the imposition of national and local taxes, the calculation of health insurance premiums, the qualification criteria for basic pensions, and various other taxes and fees.
