Full Support for Customized Coaching at No Cost
Asan Nanum Foundation announced on April 28 that it is recruiting startups to participate in the 7th session of the entrepreneur-focused leadership coaching program, "Asan Leadership Coaching," until May 28.
"Asan Leadership Coaching" is a specialized coaching program designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities and resilience of startup founders and executives, thereby supporting the sustainable growth of their organizations. This 7th session will run for four months and includes leadership assessments, an orientation workshop, individual or team coaching, and reflection meetings. A group of domestic professional coaches with an understanding of the startup ecosystem will provide tailored coaching.

This year, the program will operate in two separate tracks: "Individual Coaching" (for 25 participants) and "Team Coaching" (for 5 teams). The individual coaching track targets startup founders, offering a total of seven one-on-one coaching sessions and coach reflection meetings. Through these, participants can discuss topics such as strengthening leadership and resilience, improving organizational performance, strategic planning and decision-making, as well as communication and feedback. Eligible applicants are founders of for-profit organizations with at least 10 full-time employees or nonprofit organizations with at least 5 full-time or part-time employees. A total of 25 individuals will be selected.
The team coaching track allows both startup founders and key executives involved in major decision-making to participate. Team coaching consists of one-on-one coaching for the founder, a preliminary workshop, and one-to-many team coaching sessions for key executives. Participants will receive group coaching focused on strengthening the leadership capabilities of key executives, establishing organizational vision, enhancing the problem-solving skills of the leadership group, and building psychological safety within the organization. For the team coaching track, a total of 5 startups with at least 20 full-time employees will be selected.
Only startups that have been established for at least two years and have either previously participated in an Asan Nanum Foundation program or have been recommended by a foundation partner company are eligible to apply for Asan Leadership Coaching. All participation costs will be fully covered by the foundation. Applications are open from April 28 until 5:00 p.m. on May 28, and the final list of selected participants will be announced on June 5.
