GH to Supply 13 Parcels Including Single-Family Housing in Gwangju Station Area

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will offer a total of 13 parcels within the Gwangju Station Area Urban Development Project District, including sites for single-family housing, semi-residential, and lodging facilities, through either a lottery or competitive bidding. The total supply area is 8,447.3 square meters, and the total supply amount is 37.9 billion KRW.


The expected supply price per parcel is 10.18 to 12.77 million KRW per 3.3 square meters for single-family housing sites, 15.25 to 15.41 million KRW per 3.3 square meters for semi-residential sites, and 17.26 million KRW per 3.3 square meters for lodging facility sites.


For single-family housing and semi-residential sites, payment can be made in installments over two years with interest. For lodging facility sites, payment can be made in installments over five years without interest. The supply method is by lottery for single-family (residential) sites, and by competitive bidding for single-family (commercial), semi-residential, and lodging facility sites.

The land being supplied is located within a 700-meter radius of Gyeonggi Gwangju Station on the Gyeonggang Line, an area with high foot traffic and adjacent to an apartment complex with 2,000 households, ensuring strong demand. In addition, the southern part of the district is scheduled for Phase 2 of the Gwangju Station Area Urban Development Project, which increases the area's potential due to the planned expansion of the station area district.


Applications and the selection of eligible recipients will be conducted through the GH land subscription system. For parcels supplied by lottery, applications and winner selection will take place on May 8, with contract signing on May 12 and 13. For parcels supplied through competitive bidding, bidding and winner selection will be held on May 13, with contract signing on May 15 and 16.
