Daebang Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model home for 'Buksuwon Imok District Dietre The Richet II' on the 30th and officially begin sales.

This complex is located within walking distance of Sungkyunkwan University Station on Subway Line 1, providing convenient access to public transportation. In the future, it is expected to be connected to a wide-area transportation network through the construction of the 'Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX)-C Line' and the extension of the 'Shinbundang Line (Hwaseo~Gwanggyo Jungang Station)'. Additionally, its proximity to the Buk Suwon IC allows residents to reach major Gangnam areas such as Sadang and Yangjae by car in about 30 minutes.

Nearby, the AI Knowledge-Based Future Industry Buk Suwon Technovalley, with a total floor area of approximately 352,600 square meters, and a future industry hub R&D Science Park as part of the semiconductor cluster development, are planned to be established.

Within the complex, residents will have access to exclusive community facilities, including a four-lane swimming pool, a children's pool, and a sauna.
