Public Interest Lawyers Group Walking Together to Hold 10th Anniversary Event

The nonprofit public interest legal organization "Walking Together with Public Interest Lawyers" will hold a commemorative event to mark its 10th anniversary.

Walking Together announced that it will host its 10th anniversary event at 7:30 p.m. on April 25, 2025, at the Gwangsan Culture and Arts Center in Gwangju. The event will also feature a performance of "Exception and Custom" by the Gwangju Women Minwoohoe Theater Company Sinape.

Founded in 2015, Walking Together is a legal organization that has engaged in public interest and human rights litigation. The group has worked to protect the rights of socially disadvantaged people by representing cases such as relief for disabled victims of labor exploitation and lawsuits to secure intercity mobility rights for wheelchair users.
