Funeral to Be Held in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican on April 26
On April 24, the South Korean government announced that it would dispatch a joint public-private delegation to attend the funeral of Pope Francis.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the condolence delegation will include Oh Hyunju, Ambassador to the Holy See, and Ahn Jaehong, President of the Catholic Lay Apostolate Council, among others. The delegation will attend the Pope's funeral to express condolences. The delegation will be led by Yoo Inchon, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Pope Francis passed away on April 21 (local time) at the age of 88. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on April 26 in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican.
