Strengthening Company-wide Training by Job Role and Level
Team Sparta announced on the 24th that, based on its corporate training operations last year, the number of inquiries about artificial intelligence (AI) education increased more than fourfold compared to the previous year, and about 90% of these inquiries were focused on generative AI-based training courses.
According to the analysis, the increase in demand for AI corporate training was not limited to specific industries. Requests came from a variety of organizations, including private companies as well as those in manufacturing, construction, and finance. In particular, there was a notable demand for strengthening practical AI capabilities among non-developer job categories. In a survey conducted by Team Sparta of 1,200 office workers, 26% of respondents in non-developer roles indicated that they preferred training in generative AI and GPT utilization the most. In addition, in a corporate training demand survey conducted in the first half of last year, 77.1% of responding companies stated that they were either already implementing in-house AI training or planning to introduce it.

Team Sparta stated that, in response to this trend, it is advancing its AI education system to quickly meet the demand for corporate training. As key examples, it is supporting the application of generative AI to each practical field, such as automating customer response documents and preparing sales reports for sales roles, and structuring proposals and creating visual materials for strategic planning roles.
Furthermore, the company explained that it has designed learning pathways by segmenting trainees according to job level and proficiency. For practitioners and new employees, it is operating step-by-step programs, including 'Basic AI Literacy Training.' For managers and those being promoted, it offers IT leadership courses that encompass the 'PM/PO role.' For executives and senior management, it provides training that combines a macro-level understanding of generative AI with hands-on practice.
Starting this year, Team Sparta plans to actively promote 'AI-AX' training, which reflects the characteristics of each industry sector. Through customized curricula that incorporate industry-specific data and real business tasks, as well as project-based training focused on proof of concept (PoC), the company aims to support company-wide digital transformation. In particular, Team Sparta plans to enhance the universality and practicality of its programs so that small and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions, which often face difficulties in adopting AI, can easily utilize them.
Team Sparta CEO Lee Beomgyu stated, "We will continue to provide tailored training optimized for the challenges of each industry, closely supporting companies in their AI transition and establishing ourselves as a strategic education partner that helps solve the real-world problems faced by each organization."
