Glassdome Receives Product Carbon Footprint Certification from European Catena-X

Glassdome becomes the first Korean company
to receive official Catena-X certification for carbon footprint calculation
Enhancing competitiveness of export manufacturers in responding to carbon regulations

Glassdome, a carbon emissions data management company, announced on the 24th that it has received official certification for its product carbon footprint calculation solution from Catena-X, a German supply chain data platform.

Catena-X is an international industrial data initiative led by global automotive OEMs such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Ford. The initiative is establishing global standards for the consistent sharing of carbon data across supply chains.

Glassdome is the first Korean company and the second globally to receive official certification from Catena-X. This demonstrates that Glassdome’s solution has a highly reliable carbon calculation system that is recognized in international supply chains.

Ham Jingi, CEO of Glassdome Korea, stated, "This achievement highlights not only the industrial responsiveness of our product carbon footprint solution, but also serves as an outstanding example of a private technology-based carbon calculation system in terms of policy alignment between Europe and Korea."
