S-Oil Sponsor Day Held for Fourth Consecutive Year
Gas Station Representatives Invited; Ahn Jongbeom Throws Ceremonial First Pitch
Dance and Quiz Time Events Hosted for the Audience
S-Oil has continued its joint marketing efforts with the professional baseball team KT Wiz for the fourth consecutive year to engage with customers and promote its brand. Ahn Jongbeom, S-Oil's Chief Marketing Officer, threw the ceremonial first pitch, while S-Oil's mascot character 'Gudoil' hosted events in the stands.
S-Oil announced on the 24th that it held the S-Oil Sponsor Day on the 23rd at 'KT Wiz Park' in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. During the event, S-Oil invited gas station representatives and held a special first pitch ceremony. For the ceremonial first pitch, Mr. Ahn wore a jersey with the number 951, symbolizing the character 'Gudoil'. Before taking the mound, Mr. Ahn practiced in the bullpen, accompanied by CEO Al Hejazi. Since CEO Al Hejazi served as the ceremonial pitcher last year, he shared pitching tips based on his experience.

Additional events will also be held through online channels. Starting on the 30th, S-Oil plans to post short-form videos for baseball fans on its Instagram channel and will give away KT Wiz Suwon game tickets to 25 couples (a total of 50 tickets) selected from those who comment. For Bonus Card fuel customers, a separate promotion will offer game tickets to 80 couples (a total of 160 tickets) through a prize draw.
