Korea Association of Property Appraisers Donates 200 Million Won for Wildfire Relief

The Korea Association of Property Appraisers announced on April 24 that it had donated 200 million won to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association to support residents affected by large-scale wildfires in the Yeongnam region, including Uiseong, North Gyeongsang Province.

The donation was raised through the voluntary participation of appraisal corporations and appraisal offices nationwide. It will be used for various relief activities aimed at the swift recovery of wildfire-affected areas and the restoration of daily life for displaced residents.

Yang Gilsu, president of the association, said, "I hope that the warm hearts of appraisers across the country will provide at least some comfort to those who have lost their homes," adding, "I also hope that this donation will encourage more public interest and participation so that the affected residents can return to their daily lives as soon as possible."
