The accident took place near the third base concession stand at Changwon NC Park, where a structure fell, injuring three people. Tragically, a woman in her twenties who suffered a severe head injury died as a result.

During the first meeting, the committee held in-depth discussions on several topics: the sequence of events and progress of the investigation, key cause analysis, and future measures to prevent recurrence. He added, "Based on the results of the investigation, we will strengthen our safety management system and continue to provide ongoing safety education to improve awareness so that such accidents do not happen again in the future."
