Consultant Lee Geumseong Becomes 33rd Grand Master at Kia
Kia announced on the 23rd that Senior Auto Consultant Geumseong Lee at the Ansan Seonbu Branch has achieved a cumulative sales volume of 4,000 units, earning the title of 'Grand Master.' The Grand Master title is an honor awarded to outstanding auto consultants at Kia who achieve cumulative sales of 4,000 units.

Consultant Lee joined Kia in 1995 and has consistently built a strong sales record on the front lines for 30 years, selling an average of 133 vehicles per year and reaching a cumulative total of 4,003 units, making him the 33rd recipient of the Grand Master title. Kia presented Consultant Lee with a commemorative plaque and a reward vehicle.
Consultant Lee stated, "I am pleased that my sincere efforts to always understand customers' perspectives first and approach them with genuine actions for their satisfaction have been well received," and added, "I will continue to serve every customer with sincerity, without losing my original commitment."
Kia operates various programs, such as the Long-Term Sales Honor Award System and the Kia Star Awards, to foster pride among auto consultants who do their best in the field and to encourage healthy sales competition. Through the Long-Term Sales Honor Award System, the title of 'Star' is awarded for achieving cumulative sales of 2,000 units, 'Master' for 3,000 units, 'Grand Master' for 4,000 units, and 'Great Master' for 5,000 units.
