This training was designed to deepen teachers' expertise across the entire process of curriculum, instruction, and assessment, as well as to promote practical sharing among teachers. The lecture was delivered by Kim Hyunseop, an instructor from the educational consulting firm "Class Design Research Institute," who presented topics such as the concept and necessity of instructional coaching, "needs coaching" to help teachers better understand themselves, and methods for sharing lessons that encourage active questioning.
Superintendent Lee Jungseon stated, "We will continue to operate training programs that support teachers' expertise and growth, and will do our utmost to foster a classroom culture that is student-centered and faithful to the essence of education."
