Hyundai Construction Wins Red Dot Design Award for Future Housing Model

Hyundai Construction announced on the 18th that its 'House of The H,' introduced as a future housing model, has been selected as a winner of this year's Red Dot Design Award. The German Red Dot Design Award is considered one of the world's top three design awards, alongside the iF Design Award and the American IDEA Design Award.

The House of The H features pocket terraces inspired by Hanok, adaptable furniture, AI technology-based customized healthcare, and a car-to-home service that controls built-in home devices from the vehicle. It also utilizes eco-friendly materials and resources.

Prior to this award, it was a finalist in the IDEA Design Award and was selected as a Gold Winner, representing the top 3% among domestic construction companies, at the Asia Design Prize, Asia's largest design awards ceremony. The company has consistently won awards from 2021 through last year, continuing a five-year consecutive winning streak.
