Yonsei Medical Center Forms 'Avengers' Team in the Silver Industry Sector

Yonsei Medical Center, Hana Bank, MDI Mirae City Development, and YK Asset Management Sign Four-Party Agreement

On the 16th, Yonsei Medical Center signed a multilateral business agreement with Hana Bank, MDI Mirae City Development, and YK Asset Management to build a Silver Town senior welfare facility.

Through this agreement, Yonsei Medical Center will be responsible for planning and operating medical services in the construction of the Silver Town senior welfare facility. Hana Bank will handle consulting on the project’s financial structure, MDI Mirae City Development will be in charge of development work, and YK Asset Management will manage investment tasks.

Geum Ki-chang, President of Yonsei Medical Center, stated, "We are well aware that the medical field holds an important position in the silver industry, so we feel a heavy responsibility. Since the best institutions are participating in this agreement, we expect to build a top-tier senior welfare facility in Korea." Lee Ho-sung, President of Hana Bank, also said, "The financial sector has great interest in the silver industry. We will fully cooperate in financing and other aspects to promote this project."

Yoon Il-jung, Chairman of MDI Group, who played a leading role in this agreement, expressed his expectations, saying, "With Severance boasting world-class medical staff and services, Hana Bank providing the capital to drive it, and our expertise in development and fund management combined, we expect to form an Avengers team in the silver industry sector."

Meanwhile, the signing ceremony held at Yonsei Medical Center in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, was attended by key officials including Geum Ki-chang, President of Yonsei Medical Center; Kim Yong-wook, Director of Planning and Coordination; Park In-cheol, Director of Administration; Yoon Young-nam, Director of Talent Management; Lee Sang-gil, Director of External Cooperation; Lee Ho-sung, President of Hana Bank; Yoon Il-jung, Chairman of MDI Group; Park Seung-chul, CEO of MDI Mirae City Development; and Kim Hyung-man, Chairman, and Kim Tae-gyun, CEO of YK Asset Management.
