This campaign was organized to enhance employees' environmental sensitivity and to spread a culture of practicing ESG in daily life. In particular, it focuses on realizing environmental and social values within the organization as part of the institute's ESG management.

The event began with an ESG management pledge ceremony in the institute's conference room, followed by all employees receiving companion plants and sharing ESG messages. The campaign concluded with a sharing performance at the vertical garden inside the carbon neutrality promotion center.

Busan Institute of Urban Affairs expects that, through this campaign, all employees will naturally practice ESG in their daily lives and help spread interest and educational culture regarding carbon neutrality.

Shin Hyukseok, President of Busan Institute of Urban Affairs, said, "A single small flowerpot can come together to become a great force that changes both our work environment and the urban environment," adding, "Starting with this campaign, we will continue to carry out various activities to practice ESG management."

Busan Institute of Urban Affairs has conducted various policy studies for the sustainable urban development and future vision of Busan, and plans to further strengthen employees' ESG awareness and practice culture through this campaign.
