Special Events Including Family Musical Planned
Gwangju Bitgoeul National Safety Experience Center will hold the 'Children's Day Grand Festival' on May 5th to celebrate Children's Day.
This event aims to raise awareness about the importance of safety among citizens and provide a valuable time to practice safety through enjoyable activities. A variety of programs will be offered so that citizens can learn in a fun way and create happy memories in a safe environment.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature: ▲ Safety experience sessions teaching how to handle everyday safety situations ▲ A family musical that strengthens family bonds and delivers educational values ▲ Various safety culture performances and side events that people of all ages can enjoy together.
Reservations are required in advance for the safety experience and family musical. The safety experience can be booked by calling the Bitgoeul National Safety Experience Center, and on-site registration will be available if there are remaining spots. The family musical can be reserved through the Gwangju Metropolitan City 'Baro Reservation' system.
The side events include ▲ Mini circus ▲ Magic show & bubble show & balloon show ▲ DJ performance ▲ Play bounce ▲ Experience booths, all of which are open to any citizen without prior reservation.
Lee Jeongja, director of the Bitgoeul National Safety Experience Center, said on the 17th, "This year's Children's Day Grand Festival will be an opportunity for children and citizens to enjoy together and learn about safety," adding, "We hope everyone will have a meaningful time filling the day with safety and sharing joy on Children's Day."
