On the 15th, staff members from the Community Welfare Departments of Damyang-gun and Jangseong-gun in Jeollanam-do participated in the Hometown Love Donation initiative, supporting the successful establishment of the system and mutual regional development.
This mutual donation, carried out through the voluntary participation of staff, was promoted to enhance the exchange and cooperative relationship between Damyang and Jangseong, as well as to revitalize the Hometown Love Donation system in both local governments. Twenty employees from both municipalities took part in the donation, contributing 2 million KRW each to support regional development.
A Damyang-gun official stated, "We are grateful to the staff of the Jangseong-gun Community Welfare Department for participating in the mutual donation," and added, "We will continue to cooperate in various ways to establish a culture of hometown love donation and to strengthen collaboration between neighboring local governments."
