Highlighting the Management Philosophy and Entrepreneurial Spirit of the Late Honorary Chairman Shin Gyeok-ho

The Lotte Foundation announced on the 17th that it will hold the exhibition '2025 Lotte Foundation Sangjeon (象殿) Shin Gyeok-ho Exhibition: The Tomorrow He Envisioned' at Mugaewon, a traditional cultural space in Jongno-gu, Seoul, until the 20th.

The Sangjeon Shin Gyeok-ho Exhibition is a special exhibition planned based on the biography of the late Honorary Chairman Shin Gyeok-ho, the founder of Lotte Group, titled "Shin Gyeok-ho's Dream, Shared Footsteps: Records of Lotte Group CEOs (Chief Executive Officers)."
The biography that inspired the exhibition contains over 50 records from former CEOs who built Lotte Group, and in collaboration with the AI-based publishing company "REPETO AI," illustrations visualizing scenes from the CEOs' memories were added.
This exhibition retraces the footsteps of Honorary Chairman Shin Gyeok-ho as depicted in the biography, reexamining his management philosophy, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership. The exhibition features 16 AI-illustrated images visualizing the CEOs' memories from the biography, along with participatory content containing memories of ordinary citizens who have shared experiences with Lotte.
For this exhibition, the Lotte Foundation solicited photos containing citizens' memories through its official social media channels. The selected photos were produced in LP record format along with a "My Own OST" chosen directly by the citizens.
The foundation is also conducting the "Shin Gyeok-ho Biography Reading Activity Contest" until June 8, divided into general and Lotte employee categories.
The Lotte Foundation stated, "We hope that the Sangjeon Shin Gyeok-ho Exhibition and the biography reading activity contest will once again highlight the entrepreneurial spirit of the late Honorary Chairman Shin Gyeok-ho, a pioneer of challenge and innovation, to young people, and serve as a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the philosophy and vision he left behind."
