The newly established experience center features basic infrastructure such as a learning area, deck, outdoor tables, benches, and restrooms, as well as various play facilities utilizing the natural environment, including net play, block stacking, tunnel play, a treehouse, and a zip line, which are expected to provide high satisfaction for children.

In particular, the county has prepared seasonal experiential programs under the guidance of professional forest instructors, enabling children to enhance their physical health and emotional stability in nature.

The monthly themed programs include a variety of activities that allow children to interact with nature, such as 'Spring is Here!' in April, 'Friends Living in the Wetlands' in May, 'The Journey of Bees' in June, 'Stories of Birds' in July, 'The Giving Tree' in August, 'Let's Play Cicada!' in September, 'Thank You, Soil!' in October, and 'Autumn Insects' in November.

County Governor Choi Youngil said, "Experience-based forest education is expected to greatly help children's physical development and creativity," adding, "We will do our best to manage the facilities and operate the programs so that children can safely and joyfully experience nature."

Meanwhile, the Gwiraejeong Forest Experience Center for Children is free of charge, and forest experience activities with a forest instructor are available for kindergarten and daycare center children in the county, operating twice a day from Monday to Friday on a reservation basis.
