Traffic Up 85% and Sales Up 90% on First Day of 'Onshope'
Best Performance Since 2023
30,000 Applications for 'Lotto Subscription' in Three Days
Lotte Shopping's e-commerce platform Lotte ON announced on the 16th that the traffic during the first week of 'Onshope,' held from the 9th to the 20th, increased by 70% compared to the same period last year.
Sales during the same period rose by 65%. On April 9, the first day of the event, traffic increased by 85% and sales by 90% compared to the previous year, marking the best performance since 2023.
Onshope has been an annual event exclusively held by Lotte ON every year. This year, it was newly reborn as an online festa with participation from non-distribution affiliates such as Lotte Hotel, Lotte Rent-a-Car, and Lotte Wellfood. The unification of Lotte affiliates created synergy, garnering enthusiastic responses from customers.
The unique promotion event 'Lotto Subscription,' which led the success of this event, attracted about 30,000 applicants over three days. Conducted under the campaign slogan "Own Lotte," the Lotto Subscription included benefits exclusive to Lotte ON, such as season ticket rights for the central table seats at the 2025 Busan Sajik Stadium regular season, support for 500 Lotte Burger sets, and a giveaway of 10 million L.POINTs.
The special price events held three times a day by Lotte Group affiliates were also popular. Affiliate special price products provided on a first-come, first-served basis every day, such as the 'Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Half Dozen 50% Discount Coupon' and the '5,000 KRW Seven Eleven Gift Certificate,' sold out within five minutes of the event's start.
Onshope is scheduled to continue until the 20th. The Lotto Subscription event will offer a one-year shopping voucher for Lotte Mart on the 17th, and from the 18th to the 20th, ultra-luxury accommodation vouchers for Signiel Suite Rooms will be provided. A special event will also be held, giving away invitations to the movie premiere of "Mission: Impossible ? Dead Reckoning" and Lotte Cinema tickets.
Kim Eun-su, head of synergy marketing at Lotte ON, explained, "This Onshope was not just a simple shopping event but involved participation from not only distribution but also non-distribution affiliates centered around Lotte ON. Through organic collaboration among affiliates, we were able to record the highest daily active users (DAU) ever."
