Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply 68 lots of single-family residential land with commercial space in Pyeongtaek Godeok Internationalization Planning District through private contracts.
The single-family residential land being supplied this time is near Seojeong-ri Station, with a supply area of 239.6 to 266.4㎡ (approximately 80 pyeong), and allows the construction of single-family homes with commercial space up to 4 floors. The supply price ranges from 664 million to 836 million KRW, with a 2-year interest-free installment plan, and a 5% discount is offered for advance payment.
The Godeok Internationalization Planning District is a representative new town in the southern metropolitan area with a project area of 13,422,000㎡ and a population capacity of 140,000. Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus is located nearby. It also boasts excellent transportation infrastructure including Subway Line 1 (Seojeong-ri Station), SRT (Jije Station), Gyeongbu Expressway, and Seohaean Expressway.
