4by4 X Salin, Selected for D.N.A. Large and Small-Medium Partnership Joint Expansion Project

Content AI solution provider ForByFor announced on the 15th that the consortium it participated in together with digital marketing platform company Salin has been selected for the '2025 D.N.A. Large and Small-Medium Partnership Joint Advancement Project.'

The D.N.A. Large and Small-Medium Partnership Joint Advancement Project is a domestic SME overseas expansion support project jointly hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency. It was initiated to activate the overseas expansion of domestic SMEs with excellent technological capabilities and to assist localization. The project, with a total support scale of 2.4 billion KRW, selected four domestic ICT companies’ consortia related to excellent convergence services and platforms through a rigorous evaluation process.

ForByFor provides AI-based video quality enhancement and capacity reduction technology through its 'PIXELL' solution. Salin offers its proprietary solution 'AI Talker,' which automatically generates subtitles, translation, search, recommendation, summarization, and highlights. They plan to create opportunities for co-growth with domestic SMEs that own unique content or plan overseas marketing using videos.

ForByFor has been actively pioneering the U.S. market by consistently participating in large-scale consumer electronics and communication equipment exhibitions such as CES and NAB held in the U.S., and recently established a U.S. corporation. Salin has secured major Japanese media groups such as SoftBank and Sony as clients. They also facilitate communication with local companies in the U.S. and Japan and promote localization efforts.

The ForByFor and Salin consortium will build and operate domestic and overseas services together with multiple beneficiary companies wishing to expand overseas for about seven months starting next month, and jointly carry out overseas market expansion activities.

Seongwan Bae, head of the PIXELL business division at ForByFor, who led the consortium, said, "Being selected as the lead company is a significant opportunity to showcase ForByFor’s technology more widely overseas and, at the same time, to promote co-growth with domestic companies in need of support."
