Securing Integrated Contracts for Three Maintenance Project Complexes

Daebang Construction announced on the 14th that it has successfully secured the integrated contract for three maintenance project complexes in Busan.

Daebang Construction was recently selected as the construction company for a total of three complexes, including the Ildong Park Mansion small-scale reconstruction project, the street house maintenance project around Jeongnam Apartment, and the street house maintenance project in the area of 365-26 Deokcheon-dong. They plan to undertake construction by integrating a total of 466 households.

The total contract amount is approximately 170 billion KRW. A Daebang Construction official stated, "Through this contract, we have further solidified our position in the Busan regional maintenance project market," adding, "We will continue to pursue a selective contract strategy focusing on core areas with high business potential."

Meanwhile, Daebang Construction plans to launch about 9,000 new households nationwide this year. At the end of April, they are scheduled to launch sales for 'Buksuwon Imok District Dietre The Riche II,' as well as projects in Seongnam Geumto District and Incheon Yeongjong International City.
