- Special supply on the 14th, first and second priority subscriptions on the 15th and 16th
- Highly praised for prime station location, affordable sale price, reasonable contract terms, and product design... Strong subscription results anticipated
Jeil Construction Co., Ltd.'s 'Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky,' supplied in the Yangju Station area, opened its model house on the 11th, and attention is focused on the full-scale subscription schedule starting today, the 14th.
The subscription schedule for Jeil Construction's 'Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky' begins with special supply on the 14th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 15th and second-priority subscriptions on the 16th. The winners will be announced on the 22nd, and the official contracts will be signed over three days from May 7th to 9th.
The model house of this complex attracted many visitors and showed high expectations, so good results are anticipated in the subscription as well.
The biggest response from visitors was the price. The sale price of this complex is between 517 million and 550 million KRW for the exclusive 84㎡ units, which is not much different from the price of a nearby complex that sold out 100% within a month last year. Additionally, a 5% down payment, a fixed 5 million KRW first installment, and a full 60% interest-free benefit on the intermediate payment are provided. This means it has price competitiveness along with the best location within the Yangju Station area.
The ultra-close proximity to Yangju Station was also praised by visitors. This complex is about a 4-minute walk to Yangju Station on Line 1 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. In particular, Yangju Station is highly preferred as it has the shortest train intervals in Yangju and is a station where express trains stop. Using the express train from Yangju Station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Cheongnyangni Station, and by taking the express train to Uijeongbu Station, where the GTX-C line is planned, it is just one stop away. In the future, transferring at Uijeongbu Station to the GTX-C line will allow travel to Samsung Station in about 20 minutes.
A visitor to the model house, Mr. A (male, in his 40s, residing in Yangju), said, "I thought it would be more expensive than the complex sold nearby last year, but I was surprised to see the price was similar," adding, "I am interested not only in the price and location but also in the financial benefits."
Positive reactions continued regarding the design. Rarely seen in mixed-use residential complexes, glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows were applied to maximize luxury and openness, and ample storage space is provided with entrance pantries in all units and individual underground storage rooms.
A sales official said, "As the nearby complex succeeded last year, many people are naturally showing interest in Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae, which is considered the best location in the Yangju Station area," adding, "With many advantages such as price, location, and product design, good results are expected in the subscription."
Jeil Construction's Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky consists of 4 buildings with a total of 702 households, ranging from 3 basement floors to 40 floors above ground, and includes exclusive areas of 70㎡, 84㎡, and 101㎡.
The model house is located in Nambang-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do (near Yangju Station on Line 1). The expected move-in date is January 2029.
