Seongnam City plans to create the '4th Techno Valley' (hereinafter 4th TV) on approximately 570,000㎡ of land around 174 Gumi-dong, Bundang-gu, to build an advanced future city and innovation cluster, aiming to elevate Seongnam City as a leading city in advanced technology and economic development.

To this end, Seongnam City will proactively develop publicly owned land in accordance with the spatial planning direction and induce development of privately owned land following the same direction. Currently, the city is conducting a service to establish spatial planning directions and business promotion strategies for the development of the 4th TV.

The private advisory group being recruited this time will play an important role in conceptualizing the smart future space of the 4th TV and establishing a public-private partnership business model.

In particular, they will propose ways to introduce advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), fabless, and future mobility, participate in setting the development direction and functions of the future space, and suggest private-friendly infrastructure construction plans and development methods related to urban innovation zones to establish a foundation for public-private cooperation.

The recruitment target is companies and organizations with expertise in smart future space creation or advanced technology fields, and applications are accepted from the 14th until 5 p.m. on the 25th. Applications can be submitted as official documents through Document24, an electronic civil service operated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, or by email. Required documents include △application form △participation proposal △consent form for collection and use of personal information △business registration certificate and corporate registration certificate (issued within the last 3 months), etc.

Meanwhile, the area is included in the central district maintenance-type planned maintenance zone under the 'Seongnam Bundang New Town Aging Planned City Maintenance Basic Plan,' and Seongnam City plans to actively cooperate with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to simultaneously select the private advisory group and establish business promotion strategies.

A Seongnam City official said, "This recruitment of the private advisory group is a key process to create the 4th Techno Valley as an advanced future city," adding, "We look forward to the active participation of capable companies and organizations with smart technology and innovative ideas."
