As sinkhole incidents continue across the country, another sinkhole has occurred near Aeogae Station on Seoul Subway Line 5 in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

At around 8:50 a.m. that day, the Mapo Police Station received a related report and is controlling traffic on the four lanes in front of Aeogae Station.
Currently, the Western Road Office is digging the ground at the sinkhole site to investigate the exact cause and extent of the damage.
