Jeonju City to Hold 'Mobile Art Market' Solo Exhibition Until November 2

Eight Artists Including Kim Sumi, Kim Hyojeong, and Kim Hoonam Participate

Jeonju City in Jeollabuk-do will operate the '2025 Jeonju Mobile Art Market Solo Exhibition' at Jeonju Ogori Culture Square until November 2.


According to the city on the 10th, the 'Mobile Art Market' is a project designed to provide local artists with opportunities for exhibition and promotion, while offering citizens the chance to enjoy culture and art in accessible and familiar locations.

This year, a total of eight local artists?Kim Sumi, Kim Hyojeong, Kim Hoonam, Noh Jina, Mad Kim, Park Jeongae, Lee Sua, and Choi Eun?will participate, each exhibiting their works for two weeks.


Specifically, starting with Kim Hyojeong, who began exhibiting on the 8th, the schedule will proceed as follows: Kim Hoonam (May 13?25), Kim Sumi (May 27?June 8), Park Jeongae (June 10?22), Choi Eun (September 9?21), Lee Sua (September 23?October 5), Mad Kim (October 7?19), and Noh Jina (October 21?November 2) will each showcase their works in turn.


The Jeonju Mobile Art Market is closed every Monday and will not operate during the hottest months (July?August).


Jo Junghoon, head of the city's Culture Policy Division, stated, "The Mobile Art Market is expected to increase citizens' interest in local art and serve as an important space for local artists to interact and communicate with citizens through their works," adding, "We will continue to make various efforts to vitalize local culture and the arts."
