Improved Convenience... Daesang Cheongjeongwon Launches Four Types of Low-Sugar Lunchboxes 'Grainbow'

Daesang announced on the 10th that Cheongjeongwon will launch four new low-sugar lunchbox products under the grain-based brand 'Grainbow.'

First introduced in September 2023, Grainbow is a compound word of 'Grain' and 'Rainbow,' containing various grains such as brown rice, oats, and lentils, as well as ingredients like meat, vegetables, and seafood. It has gained attention for its product lineup that reflects health-focused consumer trends such as healthy pleasure, veganism, and slow aging, as well as diverse customer tastes. Sales have reached approximately 1 million units as of last month.

Cheongjeongwon has newly released four container-type Grainbow products that enhance taste, health, and convenience. Since it is a container type, there is no need to transfer the food to a bowl; simply heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the meal easily. The container is made with 30% eco-friendly bio-materials.

The improved nutritional design also draws attention. The sugar content is only 1g per 100g, and sodium has been significantly reduced. Protein content is increased to the equivalent of three boiled egg whites (9.7g) per serving, reducing burden while providing necessary nutrients. Five types of grains?brown rice, black rice, barley, oats, and lentils?are cooked under high temperature and pressure to preserve a soft texture. The mixed grain rice made with 10 ingredients is topped with various toppings, adding to the enjoyment of eating.

The new Grainbow products began pre-order sales on Naver starting from the 1st, featuring three types: 'Egg & Veggie,' 'Olive & Chickpea,' and 'Tuna & Crab Flavor.' On the 21st at 11 a.m., these products will be introduced through 'Shinsang It Show.' Additionally, 'Bacon & Jalapeno' will be sold exclusively on Kurly.

A promotion is also prepared. From the 21st to the 30th, the Grainbow Experience Pack (5+1) will be sold at a limited quantity of 2,000 units with approximately a 45% discount at the Cheongjeongwon Naver Brand Store.
