As the first step, Junggonara launched the Seller Support Center last month and began recruiting sellers who wish to open stores within the app.

The Junggonara Seller Support Center is a dedicated service that helps professional sellers, including individual business owners, sell their products. It offers seller support features such as bulk product registration, order and delivery management, instant settlement functions, and sales data analysis. A 24-hour artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot consultation service is also operated. Junggonara plans to systematically support the expansion of sales channels and revenue growth for professional sellers going forward.
