40-Story Building in Prime Station Area... 'Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky' Model House Opens

Up to 40 Floors, 702 Households
Around 20 Minutes to Samseong Station via GTX-C

Jeil Construction is launching 'Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky' in Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province, opening its model house on the 11th and starting sales. The design, which enhances space efficiency, and the fact that it takes only about 20 minutes to reach Samseong Station once the GTX-C line opens, are attracting attention.

The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 40 above-ground floors, with 702 households (exclusive area of 70~101㎡). Special supply applications begin on the 14th, followed by first-priority on the 15th and second-priority subscriptions on the 16th. The expected move-in date is January 2029.

Using the express train on Seoul Subway Line 1 from Yangju Station, it takes only 30 minutes to reach Cheongnyangni. If transferring at Uijeongbu Station, the GTX-C line allows access to Samseong Station in about 20 minutes. Accessibility is expected to improve further with the opening of the Seoul~Yangju Expressway.

Large industrial and office facilities are planned around the complex. Large-scale industrial complexes such as Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Hoecheon Urban High-tech Industrial Complex are under development. The Yangju Station area urban development project is also underway, which is expected to enhance residential convenience in the future.

The design also draws attention for maximizing indoor space utilization. Every household is equipped with an entrance pantry and an underground storage room, providing ample storage space. Dressing rooms and spacious entrance areas are also provided to improve residential convenience.

Uncommon in mixed-use complexes, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railings have been applied to secure a sense of space. Additionally, a 'ramen structure,' known to be effective in reducing noise between floors, has been implemented. Community facilities within the complex include an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, edu station, facilities for infants and children, and a residents' meeting room.

The sale prices are set at mid-400 million KRW for 70㎡ units, low to mid-500 million KRW for 84㎡ units, and from mid-500 million to early 600 million KRW for 101㎡ units. A 5% down payment, a fixed 5 million KRW first installment, and a 60% interest-free mid-payment benefit are offered. Resale is allowed after 6 months.
