Less Than 5mm of Rain Expected in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi
On Thursday the 10th, rain will fall nationwide until dawn, then gradually clear up from the afternoon. Expected precipitation amounts are less than 5mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk; around 5mm in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, Dokdo, and Jeonbuk. Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Gwangju, and Jeonnam will receive 5 to 10mm, while Jeju Island will see 10 to 40mm of rain.
In the central and southern inland areas of Gyeongbuk and the southern east coast of Gyeongbuk, there may be occasional rain even in the late afternoon. Morning low temperatures are expected to range from 4 to 13 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 15 to 23 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in Seoul and Incheon, and 'normal' in other regions. Northern and southern Gyeonggi and Chungnam are expected to show 'bad' levels in the morning and at night, while Busan, Ulsan, and Jeju areas will show 'bad' levels at night.
In the southern regions and Jeju Island, there may be gusty winds accompanied by thunder and lightning, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents. Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea.
