Choi Hyung-rok, CEO of the online luxury goods retailer Balan, who is undergoing recall procedures, has been sued by the platform's sellers.
On the 9th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that it had received a complaint from 20 Balan sellers requesting punishment of CEO Choi on charges of fraud and embezzlement.
The sellers reportedly filed the complaint after supplying products to Balan but failing to receive payment.
Currently, police stations nationwide are reportedly receiving a series of complaints from sellers requesting punishment of CEO Choi.
