GH, Sale of 6 Industrial Facility Lots in Pyeongtaek Poseung District

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply six industrial facility sites in the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone through private contracts.


The total supply area is 56,750㎡, with individual site areas ranging from 3,772.1㎡ to 12,086.2㎡, and the supply price, based on development cost, is 475,219 KRW per 1㎡.


Applications for private contract supply will begin on the 22nd, and payment can be made in installments for up to three years depending on the sale amount.


Permitted industries, based on the Korean Standard Industrial Classification codes, include ▲Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products (C20) ▲Manufacture of electronic components and communication equipment (C26) ▲Manufacture of electrical equipment (C28) ▲Manufacture of motor vehicles and trailers (C30) ▲Manufacture of other transport equipment (C31), among others.

The district is located in a logistics and transportation hub with excellent accessibility to Pyeongtaek Port, National Road No. 38, and the Seo-Pyeongtaek IC on the West Coast Expressway. It also has easy connections to nearby industrial clusters such as numerous automobile factories and Samsung Electronics. GH explained that the supply price being about 20% lower than the surrounding market price is another strength of the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district.


The Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district is a core hub within the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone, the only free economic zone in Gyeonggi Province, located in the Poseung-eup area of Pyeongtaek City.


Covering a total area of 2.04 million㎡, it includes 780,000㎡ of industrial facility land, 550,000㎡ of logistics facility land, as well as residential facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and other support facilities. As a completed project district, land use is possible immediately upon full payment of the land price.
