For Homeless Youth Aged 19 to 39 and Newlyweds
Lotte Construction announced on the 9th that subscription for the youth safety housing "Yongsan Namyeong Station Lotte Castle Heritage," located in Galwol-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, will begin on the 14th. Out of a total of 269 households, 217 will be supplied as private rental units, excluding 52 public rental units.
The complex consists of 4 basement floors and 24 above-ground floors, with units ranging from 23 to 49 square meters in exclusive area. The supply by exclusive area is ▲23㎡ 40 units ▲39㎡ 59 units ▲49㎡ 118 units. Designed mainly for 1-2 person households, all units come equipped with built-in appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, system air conditioner, etc.).
The location is a prime spot right next to Namyeong Station on Subway Line 1. Sookdaeipgu Station on Line 4 and Samgakji Station on Lines 4 and 6 are also within walking distance. Yongsan Station and Seoul Station are just one stop away. Major roads such as Cheongpa-ro, Wonhyo-ro, and Hangang-daero are nearby, making travel by car convenient. The accessibility to major business districts like Jonggak, Yeouido, and Mapo is excellent, making it a highly convenient live-work location.

Subscription will be accepted on the 14th, winners announced on the 16th, and contracts signed from the 22nd to 23rd. Applications can be made through Lotte Construction’s private rental housing asset management website "Elyes." Move-in begins in June 2025.
Eligibility for subscription is for homeless youth aged 19 to 39 and newlyweds. Special supply applications are also possible if income and asset requirements are met. After the contract, residents can renew up to a maximum of 10 years for stable residence.
A Lotte Construction official said, "This housing is located in a prime station area and equipped with built-in appliances," adding, "The rent is also lower than the surrounding market prices, so there will be strong interest from actual users."
