Chosun University (President Kim Choonseong) announced on the 8th that its University Job Plus Center will operate the "Healthcare and Medical Job Success Strategy Program" to strengthen the employment capabilities of prospective medical professionals.
This program, which will run for about two months starting from the 17th, is designed to provide employment information in the healthcare and medical fields and support participants in securing a competitive edge in the job market. The program consists of a BLS Provider Certification Course (including competency enhancement programs) and a competency enhancement package program.
The BLS Provider Certification Course will be conducted both in-person and online. The competency enhancement package program will be offered online through the Chosun University Cyber Campus.
Each course is available to current students and graduates of the Chosun University Department of Nursing. In addition, Chosun University is preparing programs for local youth in the future.
Kim Jaehong, head of the Chosun University Job Plus Center, said, "As a regional hub university, we are striving to strengthen the capabilities and promote the employment of prospective healthcare and medical professionals in the Gwangju area," and added, "We plan to operate programs that any local youth can participate in, so we hope for your interest and participation."
