Daejeon City Council Delivers 5 Million Won Donation for Yeongnam Wildfire Relief

Chairman Jo Wonhui of the Daejeon City Council donated 5 million won in relief funds to the Daejeon Community Chest of Korea on the 8th at the council's reception room to support victims of wildfires in the Yeongnam region.

The donation was prepared with heartfelt contributions from all 22 council members and staff of the council secretariat.

Chairman Jo Wonhui said, "I sincerely hope that this donation will be of some help, even if small, to the recovery and rebuilding efforts in the affected areas and for the displaced residents. The Daejeon City Council will continue to carry out sharing activities that can benefit the local community in the future."
