"10% Greenhouse Gas Reduction"... Seoul Milk's 'Organic Milk' Obtains Low Carbon Certification

10 Raw Milk Supplier Farms Certified

Seoul Milk Cooperative announced on the 8th that its 'Seoul Milk Organic Milk' product has received the 'Low Carbon Livestock Product Certification.'

The 'Low Carbon Livestock Product Certification' is overseen by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and implemented by the Livestock Products Quality Evaluation Institute. It is awarded to farms that have reduced greenhouse gas emissions by more than 10% through the application of carbon reduction technologies, serving as a standard for consumers to choose eco-friendly livestock products. Ten farms supplying raw milk to Seoul Milk have obtained this certification.

The certified 'Seoul Milk Organic Milk' is a premium product made from raw milk of cows raised on organic pasture and feed in Cheorwon, Gangwon-do. There are a total of six types: ▲Organic Milk 2.3ℓ ▲Organic Milk 700㎖ ▲Organic Sterilized Milk 200㎖ ▲Organic Sterilized Milk 120㎖ ▲Organic Strawberry Sterilized Milk 200㎖ ▲Organic Chocolate Sterilized Milk 200㎖.
