Special Credit Guarantee Applications and Consultations Available in All 16 Neighborhoods of Mapo-gu Until April 29
Woori Bank and Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation Join to Provide Management and Financial Consulting
Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Gang-su) will operate a 'Visiting Special Credit Guarantee On-site Reception Desk' from April 7 to facilitate small businesses and small merchants in the area.
The special credit guarantee is a program that supports small businesses and small merchants experiencing management difficulties due to economic recession by providing loans of up to 50 million KRW at low interest rates of 2.74 ~ 3.24% per annum (3-month CD variable rate) without collateral.
The on-site reception desk will be held sequentially at 16 neighborhoods starting from April 7 at Gongdeok-dong Community Center until April 29.
Operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding lunchtime (12 p.m. to 1 p.m.).
Woori Bank and Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation will also participate at the on-site reception desk to provide management and financial consulting for small merchants and self-employed individuals.
Businesses located in Mapo-gu can visit the on-site reception desk according to the operating days of each neighborhood regardless of their location to receive loan consultations and consulting services.
Additionally, small businesses and small merchants wishing to apply for the special credit guarantee on-site should bring their physical ID, a copy of the ID, a copy of the business registration certificate, and a value-added tax standard certificate (individuals: past 1 year, corporations: past 3 years).
Detailed schedules and locations for the 'Visiting Special Credit Guarantee On-site Reception Desk' can be found on the Mapo-gu Office website.
Last year, Mapo-gu operated the 'Visiting Special Credit Guarantee On-site Reception Desk' for the first time and received a total of 121 on-site special credit guarantee applications.
Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, said, “We operate the on-site reception desk to directly visit small businesses and small merchants who find it difficult to take time off due to their livelihoods. We will continue to prepare more practical and realistic support measures to become a Mapo-gu that empowers small businesses and small merchants, the foundation of the local economy.”
