According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, morning temperatures will start at the average level of 0 to 9 degrees Celsius, rising 2 to 5 degrees higher than usual during the day to reach 16 to 24 degrees Celsius.

The weather nationwide is expected to be mostly clear. The weather conditions will stabilize due to the influence of a high-pressure system moving from the southern sea of Jeju Island to the southern sea of Japan. However, strong winds blowing at 55 km/h (70 km/h in mountainous areas) require caution to prevent safety accidents.

Additionally, there is a possibility of frost in some inland areas from dawn to morning, so precautions are necessary to prevent damage to crops.

Fine dust levels are expected to be generally 'Good' to 'Moderate,' but Seoul and northern Gyeonggi may temporarily experience 'Bad' levels in the morning and at night.
