Fuseo Launches 'Impeachment Commemoration Discount Event'
Following the impeachment of former President Yoon Seok-yeol, online platforms have seen a surge in free giveaways and discount events commemorating the impeachment ruling.

On the 4th, social networking services (SNS) such as X (formerly Twitter) were flooded with posts stating, "We are giving away goods for free to celebrate the impeachment."
Authors of these posts announced that by retweeting (RT) their posts, participants could be entered into a draw to receive keyrings, illustrations, cards, and more. The 'free giveaway' items vary widely, with some offering their paid novels or comics for free, or even providing free fortune-telling services.
Some businesses have also launched discount events to mark the impeachment ruling. The online clothing store 'Fuseo' announced that its "impeachment commemoration discount event will start at 12 o'clock."
Meanwhile, memorabilia related to former President Yoon are appearing on the secondhand market at prices lower than usual. The secondhand price of the 'Yoon Seok-yeol watch' is in the 100,000 KRW range for fully functional products, which is lower than the initial commemorative watch price of around 200,000 KRW at the start of Yoon’s presidency.

On the online secondhand trading platform Junggonara, six listings for the 'Yoon Seok-yeol watch' appeared after 11:22 a.m., when the Constitutional Court announced Yoon’s dismissal. This is more than four times the usual number of listings. Over the past year, a total of 520 listings were posted on this site, averaging 1.4 listings per day.
