On this site visit, Chairman Jo Seong-dae, along with Han Geun-su, Chairman of the Autonomous Administration Committee, and Councilor Won Ju-young, received a report from officials of the Namyangju Urban Corporation on the Central N49 project overview and progress status. They then thoroughly toured the model house, exchanging various opinions on the layout by exclusive area and differentiated promotional strategies.

Chairman Jo Seong-dae stated, “Central N49, which will become a new landmark of Namyangju, is surrounded by the pristine natural environment of Cheonmasan Mountain nearby, offers high-quality air, and convenient transportation due to its proximity to the station area, making the sale price feel rather affordable.” He emphasized, “The Namyangju Urban Corporation should consider ways to incorporate Namyangju’s unique identity into detailed aspects such as the exterior color of the building in collaboration with the construction company.”

He continued, “If the advantages unique to the Pyeongnae-Hopyeong area, differentiated from other regions, are highlighted and utilized in promotions, there will definitely be good results in the sales market.”

Meanwhile, the Central N49 mixed-use residential development project is being implemented by DM Group and Namyangju Urban Corporation, constructed by Doosan Construction, and consists of three buildings ranging from five basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground near Pyeongnae-Hopyeong Station. It includes 548 residential units and commercial facilities.
