Icheon-si Provides Up to 22 Million KRW Support for SME Productivity Improvement

Recruitment for the 'Production Level-Up Support Project' Open Until the 25th

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City is recruiting participating companies for the 'Production Level-Up Support Project' aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs for small and medium manufacturing enterprises until the 25th.

This project aims to improve productivity by upgrading outdated or inefficient production facilities to better suit the manufacturing site. It supports not only the establishment of production site equipment but also the construction of related information systems, diagnosis and resolution of causes of damage to equipment and products.

The support amount is up to 22 million KRW per company, with the company required to bear 30% of the total cost. Eligible applicants are small and medium manufacturing enterprises with headquarters or factories located in Icheon City and equipped with production facilities. Interested companies can apply through the 'Gyeonggi Business Secretary' website.

Kim Kyung-hee, Mayor of Icheon City, stated, "We will lead manufacturing innovation for participating companies and level them up to a higher stage, which will lead to job creation and revitalization of the local economy."
