Actor Kim Soo-hyun's side has once again denied allegations of dating the late Kim Sae-ron when she was a minor and has filed an additional lawsuit against the operator of YouTube channel A.
On the 2nd, Kim Soo-hyun's agency Gold Medalist's legal representative, law firm L.K.B & Partners, stated in a press release, "We filed an additional complaint against Mr. Kim, the operator of YouTube channel A, for violating the Stalking Punishment Act yesterday."
The legal representatives claimed, "Channel A broadcast daily about Kim Soo-hyun from March 10 to 31, except for one day, spreading false information about him. They indiscriminately distributed photos and videos showing Kim Soo-hyun’s face and body, as well as private letters and messages, on their YouTube channel."
They continued, "Gold Medalist has refuted all the evidence regarding the false claims persistently made by channel A (that actor Kim Soo-hyun dated the late actor Kim Sae-ron since her minor years), but channel A continues to spread false information based on manipulated evidence and photos."
Furthermore, the legal representatives reiterated that the claim that Kim Soo-hyun dated the late Kim Sae-ron since her minor years is not true. They attached explanatory materials refuting the photos taken with the deceased and KakaoTalk conversations, stating that the timing of the photos does not match or that they were taken with family members.
Previously, Kim Soo-hyun’s side had filed complaints against channel A for violations of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (distribution of filmed materials using cameras, etc.) and for threats, and has also filed a damages lawsuit.

2. On April 1, 2025, Gold Medalist and actor Kim Soo-hyun filed an additional lawsuit and complaint against Kim Se-ui, the operator of the YouTube channel Garosero Yeonguso (hereinafter “GaSeYeon”), for violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

Since GaSeYeon began broadcasting on March 10, 2025, under the title “[Shocking Exclusive] Kim Soo-hyun Led to Kim Sae-ron’s Death (6 Years of Dating Since Kim Sae-ron Was 15),” they have broadcast daily about actor Kim Soo-hyun except for one day until March 31, 2025, spreading false information about him. Furthermore, GaSeYeon indiscriminately distributed photos and videos showing actor Kim Soo-hyun’s face and body, as well as private letters and messages, on their YouTube channel. The only way to stop GaSeYeon’s ‘cyber recka’ behavior is through strict investigation and punishment.

Moreover, Gold Medalist has refuted all the evidence regarding the false claims persistently made by GaSeYeon (that actor Kim Soo-hyun dated the late actor Kim Sae-ron since her minor years), but GaSeYeon continues to spread false information based on manipulated evidence and photos. Gold Medalist hereby compiles and refutes all the evidence presented by GaSeYeon once again, firmly stating that the claim that actor Kim Soo-hyun dated the late actor Kim Sae-ron since her minor years is absolutely untrue.
5. Gold Medalist will continue to respond strictly to GaSeYeon’s criminal acts, including spreading false information. End.
