Acting official Han has not explained why he refuses to appoint (Ma Eun-hyuk, the constitutional court justice nominee) despite the Constitutional Court's ruling of unconstitutionality." He raised his voice, saying, "He is refusing meetings not only with opposition party leaders and senior lawmakers but also with the Speaker of the National Assembly."

Park claimed that the continued refusal to appoint Justice Ma is a "clear constitutional violation," as well as "deliberate destruction of the constitutional order" and "malicious state mismanagement." He criticized, "By obstructing the Constitutional Court's normal impeachment decision, he has become a 'serious anti-state criminal who acts against the end of the rebellion and national stability.'"

Park argued, "If acting official Han refuses to appoint Justice Ma as ordered by the Constitutional Court, resulting in the court making an incomplete and abnormal quorum decision that either fails to dismiss or dismisses the rebel leader Yoon Seok-yeol, it is obvious that this cannot be accepted." He added, "As a sovereign citizen, we have no choice but to reject the unjust verdict of the Constitutional Court, and as a member of the National Assembly who has the duty to uphold the constitution, I absolutely cannot accept it."
