Asan City Announces Tourism Souvenir Contest for 'Visit Asan Year'

Asan City in Chungnam Province announced on the 1st that it will hold a competition for tourism souvenirs to commemorate the '2025-2026 Visit Asan Years'.

The competition is open to souvenirs that reflect the city's history, tourism, and local cuisine. Applications must be submitted via email by 6 p.m. on the 4th, and physical products should be submitted between the 7th and the 25th.

Anyone can participate in the competition, and the city plans to select a total of 10 works and purchase products worth 12 million KRW.

Prizes include one grand prize of 3 million KRW, two gold prizes of 2 million KRW each, three silver prizes of 1 million KRW each, and four idea prizes of 500,000 KRW each.

Maeng Heejeong, head of the Tourism Promotion Division, stated, "We will discover souvenirs that represent Asan and contribute to revitalizing tourism."
