NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 1st that it has signed a business agreement with the Ministry of National Defense and will launch a treasury collection service using virtual accounts to eliminate the inconvenience of customers visiting financial institutions.
Last year in the second half, Nonghyup Bank signed a business agreement with the Ministry of National Defense and built a virtual account system after conducting integration tests and pilot operations linked with the Defense Finance Information System (Defense Computer Information Center).
A Nonghyup Bank official stated, “With the launch of this service, we expect to contribute to the efficiency and convenience of defense finance operations, including an increase in treasury collection rates,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen cooperation with public institutions and external companies to provide more convenient services.”
