This emergency supplementary budget is focused on providing top-priority support for temporary housing facilities and allocating funds to supply farming machinery and agricultural materials (such as fertilizers and irrigation systems) to affected farms in preparation for the busy farming season.
The county has already secured 25 modular housing units to be used as temporary residences and is in final negotiations to secure additional modular homes and prepare the necessary sites.

County Governor Oh Dochang stated, "We will allocate the emergency one-point supplementary budget so that funds can be directed to where they are most needed for the swift recovery of affected residents."
Due to this wildfire, Yeongyang County suffered human casualties with seven deaths (2 men, 5 women), as well as damage to 5,070 hectares of forest, 112 buildings, 55 agricultural facilities, 3 livestock facilities, and 19 other facilities.
